Yuval Peleg
Senior Researcher
Yuval Peleg is a researcher at the Elrom Center for Air and Space Studies at Tel Aviv University and a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of International Relations at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is also a Doctoral Fellow at the Shasha Center for Strategic Studies and the Cherrick Center for the Study of Zionism, the Yishuv, and the State of Israel at the Hebrew University.
His research interests include Israel’s international and regional relations, intelligence and security studies, and diplomatic history. As part of his work at the Elrom Center, Yuval focuses on the role of air power in security and foreign policy.
His doctoral research examines the nexus between intelligence and foreign policy, with particular emphasis on the deployment of intelligence personnel and agencies for political and diplomatic missions, focusing on the Israeli case.
Yuval holds a B.A. and an M.A. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
